Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety. Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures. Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Ability to work well with a team. Ability to maintain personal hygiene. Prior related experience preferred. ServSafe/Safe Food handling certification as required by individual property

Job Description

The DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort, a Colwen Hotels Property, is in search of experienced Weekend Cooks to join our food and beverage team! The ideal candidate will have previous cooking experience and possess a high level of dependability and attention to detail.
