High school or equivalent (Preferred). Driver’s License (Required). The ideal candidate would already have 2+ years of farming experience, but no experience is necessary.

Job Description

The farm hand applicant should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the following tasks: germination, planting, seeding, harvest & post-harvest handling, seed saving, weeding, pruning, irrigation and irrigation repair, fertilization, pesticide and fungicide usage and basic computer skills. The applicant may also be responsible for general cleaning, repair, maintenance, harvest projections and record keeping.
