Requirements

Strong knowledge of waste management principles, practices, and technologies, including recycling, composting, waste-to-energy, and hazardous waste management. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive waste management plans and procedures to minimize waste generation, maximize recycling and reuse opportunities, and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and environmental standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of waste management facilities and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure proper operation and maintenance.
