Qualifications:

Degrees: Bachelors

Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), NBCRNA Certified, Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist
Additional qualifications: experience of three years or more in a resource therapist role. Minimum Bachelors degree required. This position requires excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate people effectively.
Minimum Required Experience: Three years.

Job Description

Description:

This position is responsible for providing daily supervision of rehabilitation services under the guidance of the program manager. Responsible for the resolution of customer complaints, as well as, analyzing the program for operational problems and assisting with the development of action plans to improve services.
