Job Description

Under the direct leadership of the Senior Director of Org Design & HR Strategy the Senior Manager Org Design will directly support exciting transformation efforts in partnering with Senior Executives to design their capabilities operating models and future state structures This role is responsible for driving a holistic Org Design process to define future visions identify improvements and create future state organizational designs solutions In addition this role will serve as a thought leader to build internal methodology deliver strategic assessments and elevate the org health capability across the Enterprise
