Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture
Ten or more years of professional experience professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
licensure preferred but not required
Minimum of 8 years of related design experience hospitality Retail / Dining / Entertainment (RDE) theme park projects
as well as a minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Experience on campus style developments (multiple buildings)
Oversees all third-party consultant teams under contract with RCG (contracts ASAs schedules deliverables
etc)
Must be able to lead a team on projects
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel
Project)
Strong planning and mentoring skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to travel

Job Description

The Sr Manager Architecture & Design is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards This role involves leading project teams coordinating with architects and consultants and providing strategic direction to achieve project goals
