Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Registered Architect preferred
2+ years of experience
Experience on campus style developments (multiple buildings)
Experience with theme park hospitality
Retail / Dining / Entertainment (RDE) projects
Experience with the following programs: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Creative Suite (INDD PS)
MS Office (word excel power point)
Strong presentation skills (graphic verbal and written)
Ability to travel (required)

Job Description

The Design Associate plays a key role in the architectural design process contributing creative ideas and technical expertise to projects under the guidance of senior staff members This position involves working collaboratively with project teams to develop design concepts produce drawings and assist in project coordination
