Have 2-3 years of sales-related experience. Possess 2-3 years of call center experience. Hold a valid 220 Property & Casualty or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Description

Serving as the primary point of contact for fulfilling insurance needs via live chat or inbound calls. Handling a high volume of inbound calls for various insurance products. Conducting outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes. Meeting monthly sales goals set by the department. Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
