Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent
1-2 years of Scheduling experience managing multiple projects preferred (entry level applicants will be considered)
Proficient in project controls principles
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability
Rigorous and detailed orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an integrated team environment
High proficiency in Excel; MS Project, Visio, and SAP a plus
Experience in construction/project-oriented operating environment – solar industry a plus
Job Description
Develop, manage, and maintain integrated (resources loaded) master schedules (initiation to close out including Development, EPC planning, Procurement, Construction Execution, Commissioning, and closeout phases) for the assigned projects and portfolios. Support the development of reliable tools, systems & processes, and adopts Scheduling best practices necessary to successfully develop baseline schedules and track progress from project initiation to completion (all stages of the project lifecycle). Support the development of monthly and quarterly project reports both at project and portfolio level indicating progress against baseline schedules.
