Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, food systems, or similar field. 5-10+ years’ experience in supply chain, operations or logistics management, management of teams of no less than ten people, and to include five years in highly perishable products. Evidence of commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction in product and systems. Valuable experience in industrial environment, with a global knowledge of the supply chain (warehouses, transportation, planning and sales, distribution). Must be bilingual English /Spanish.

Job Description

Develop implementation of operations best practices such as systems integration and optimization, inventory control, demand planning, and SKU optimization. Identify and implement best in class SAP WMS technology, TMS, Materials Management, Inventory Management systems infrastructure suitable to the scope and size of the business along with disciplines that underlie each supply chain operation. Foster and develop a strong continuous process improvement culture across all supply chain departments.
