Requirements

Position requires a nautical education with minimum 5 years of service at sea as Deck Officer or equivalent Nautical shore side position
preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
A college degree or diploma in a nautical related field is preferred. Possess ability to speak English clearly distinctly and cordially including the ability to interact with crewmembers and management

Job Description

The Manager of Nautical Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of Officer Career Progression Scheduling and assignments trainings and records assessments Standard operating procedures certificates and licenses and navigational support within the Marine Operations department of the Nautical Services Division This role is based in our Miami office This position reports to the Sr Manager Nautical Operations
