Job Description
The position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Royal Caribbean International shipboard lifeguard program as well as aquatic program management and initiatives This includes interaction with individual ships as well as with corporate management and executives This position serves as the primary liaison with the corporate lifeguard external partner as well as internal business partners This position works within Marine Operations to ensure the water safety program is effective and operating optimally
