Requirements
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Industrial Security or equivalent experience is required
Preferred experience in the Aviation or Maritime industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
with a preference for experience in multicultural environments with all levels of employees and management
A minimum of three years of maritime operational security-related experience is preferred
Counterterrorism tactical experience in the maritime/aviation industries is an advantage
Job Description
The Lead Maritime Security Operations is responsible for supporting and assisting the Manager with all shipboard and port security programs This role involves providing guidance training and support to the shipboard teams on routine operational needs regulatory and ISPS related requirements and port terminal security matters including administration of the security sections of the Safety Management System
