Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a global environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities at once
Willingness to accept the immediate product and project responsibility
Possess the skills on Excel PowerPoint
any Graphic design program-basic.Experience and/or training in the hospitality field is considered a plus
Cruise industry experience is a plus

This position has the management and developmental responsibility for the Celebrity Cruises Food and Beverage operation shipboard and shoreside This position will be directly responsible to manage a wide range of projects in support of the Food and Beverage operations Including private destinations

This lead will focus on day-to-day operations supporting F&B Team with Elevating Celebrity Way Safety and Injury prevention new CSD strategy new restaurant concepts maximizing specialty restaurants revenue streams food and beverage initiatives launch of Xdining for Celebrity Fleet Groups and Charters being the main contact between the client shoreside and shipboard operation F&B aspects of new building coordination policy and procedures changes including SOPs gatekeeper for all results-orientated data
