5-7 years of program management or management consulting experience. Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science or Sustainability). Thorough understanding of emissions carbon reporting renewable energy offsets and energy efficiency. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

Job Description

The Lead Decarbonization Program Management will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the implementation of Royal Caribbean Group’s decarbonization strategy The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and advising the performance of the decarbonization program to meet the Group’s emissions reduction targets and compliance needs.
