Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: ASCP Certified Cytotechnologist Clinical Laboratory Technologist Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science. 3 Years of cytotechnologist experience preferred. Proficiency in Gynecologic Cytology (SMH only). Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year

Description:

Perform the screening of Gynecologic and/or Non-Gynecologic cytological specimens, including fine needle aspirations, in order to achieve an accurate diagnosis. Process and stain all specimens received in the laboratory. (SMH only) Assist the ancillary departments of radiology and surgery with patient procedures. (SMH only).
