Requirements

JD from accredited law school. Bar from one or more U.S. state bars. At least 3 years of corporate law experience and prior experience with renewable energy operations through either a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department required. Travel both domestic and internationally will be required

Job Description

Be a part of the team that manages day to day operations of over 14 GW of wind, solar and battery projects throughout North America driving negotiations, drafting, and review of agreements relating to renewable energy assets including in wind turbines, solar panels, battery storage, EPC/BOP agreements, and other related transactions such as power purchase agreements, hedge agreements, financing and security agreements (tax equity, lease-sale back, loan, cash equity). Be at the forefront of drafting and negotiating various deal documents, such as PSA, MIPSA, APA, ECCA, and LLCAs.
