Requirements

2 or more years Construction Experience, required. Basic knowledge of software programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Ability to write reports and professional correspondence. Ability to stand for several hours at a time and to walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven ground. Capacity to physically lift up to 100 lbs. Ability to identify non-compliance with regulations or standards and ability to suggest solutions for deficiencies or problems.

Job Description

Efficiently plan/schedule routes to visit multiple sites per day to confirm attendance of crews on sites. Inspect work progress/completion by crews, identify potential problems in the field, and recommend solutions to guarantee quality standards are met; keep management informed of any construction issues.
