Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in the Natural Resources industry, with a proven track record of success. 5+ years of hands-on experience in metals operations, preferably focused on business planning, shop floor execution, cost accounting or maintenance management. Experience with digital transformation strategies and technologies a plus (e.g., SAP, AI, Cloud).

Job Description

Lead client engagements focused on digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives. Develop deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business challenges. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions leveraging Accenture's industry-specific capabilities and technology expertise (e.g., SAP, AI, Cloud). Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continually expanding your knowledge base.
