Requirements

Five years’ experience as a commercial mechanical plumber/Commercial Pipefitter. Plumbing systems using copper, PVC, CPVS, etc. pipe, underground, above ground, rough-in to trim. Medical Gas Certification. Will work with Med Gas brazing.

Job Description

The Plumbing Superintendent will supervise and coordinate activities of Foremen engaged in the installation of Plumbing equipment/systems. Conduct Performance Appraisals for Foreman and workers abilities and expertise to ensure the most productive job placement at the jobsite according to blueprint specifications. Interpret company policies for workers and enforce safety regulations across work areas.
