Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in regulatory finance, preferably within the energy sector. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, local jurisdictions and the energy industry. Valid driver's license and comfortable with driving to various Florida locations, as required.

Job Description

The Clean Energy Officer will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring compliance with financial regulations within the energy sector. This position involves analyzing regulatory requirements and working with local governing bodies on filing/obtaining relevant permits for various solar energy projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements. Act as point of contact for all Investment Tax Credit-related items. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure regulatory alignment.
