Bachelor's degree. A minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible experience in strategic business planning or business administration to include supervisory experience is required.

Job Description

Serve as second in command to the Chief of Strategic Business Planning (SBP). In the absence of the SBP Chief, assume all duties and oversee the division. Provide strategic business planning advice to the Director, SBP Chief, and senior management team. Implement the Sterling Management framework and best practice strategic planning to ensure that outcomes are highly effective and well-aligned with the direction and objectives of the Department. Facilitate business process reviews using Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), flowcharts and lean six sigma methodologies for the various business divisions within the Department, to identify problems and recommend efficiencies for internal business process improvement. Perform comparative analysis, track industry trends, and identify best practices to recognize any gaps to improve organizational performance.
